Getting your house ready to sell

It’s important that your house looks polished when it comes on the market. I will do a walk-through of your home, and give you any suggestions I have on things that can be done to make your house look its best! 

Marketing

Once you list your home with me, I will enter it in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other REALTORS® will have access to your property’s information and it will be listed in any printed MLS books. I regularly advertise in local papers and in the window of our Tofino office, and I will also send your listing by email notification to hundreds of prospective buyers in my client database.
