Searching for the right property
Once you have ascertained what your budget is, we can discuss available properties and Tofino’s different neighborhoods. I am always familiar with the current homes on the market and neighbourhood values so I can help you determine which properties are fairly priced and in good condition before you start your search. Tofino is small but every neighborhood—and even condo development—has unique qualities of which you should be aware. From here, we can schedule viewings of the properties that are of interest to you. I will also connect you with my Private Client Services to keep you up to date on new properties coming to market. This automated system sends you email notifications of new listings as well as price reductions. It takes up to 48 hours for new listings to be posted to REALTOR.ca ®, so you'll have a competitive advantage over the general public by registering with me.
Making an offer
When you have found the right property and you are ready to put in an offer, we will discuss the terms and conditions. This is where my knowledge of the property, zoning and bylaws will assist you in ensuring that none of a property’s details are overlooked. This can be done at our Remax office in Tofino, and as well remotely via email, email and our electronic signature program.
Once you have an accepted offer I will work closely with you during the subject removal period to ensure all necessary information is included. I have lists of home inspectors who work in the area, and as well can assist you with sourcing out local trades, etc. My service does not end when your purchase completes.
